Terms of Service for KeySwitch

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KeySwitch and the website keyswitch.club ("Site").

1. Ownership Handover Steps

  1. Initiate a transfer request via our contact form.
  2. Provide the required domain credentials and authorization codes.
  3. KeySwitch verifies the credentials and prepares the domain unlock.
  4. Upon confirmation, we transfer domain control to the designated registrar or account.
  5. You acknowledge completion via email or ticket confirmation.

2. Services, Infoproducts and Goods

KeySwitch offers three categories: domain handover services, digital infoproducts, and physical goods related to domain branding.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Domain Handover Services

We strive to ensure successful handovers. If you cancel before the transfer process begins, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued through the original channel used for payment. You may opt to transfer your service to another entity by submitting a transfer request before the handover begins. After we begin unlocking the domain or contacting the current registrar, no refunds can be offered due to irreversible preparatory steps.

3.2 Digital Infoproducts

For courses, tutorials and guides, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed more than 10% of the content. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Digital infoproducts are linked to user accounts and cannot be transferred to other individuals once access is granted. If a refund is granted, your access will be revoked immediately.

3.3 Physical Goods

If you purchase merchandise such as branded hardware keys or printed manuals, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or interaction. Items must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for return due to their bespoke nature.

4. Modifications and Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on keyswitch.club. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
